1- Is there a return policy at

The products that you see on come directly from the dealers. They are the authorized wholesalers/manufacturers of the brands and merchandises shown. At Savers, returns are available only if the products do not match their terms, or found faulty or defective during use.

2- Can I return and get a refund for my purchase?

If you have received your order and not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund in the form of store credit.

Store Credit – With this, you can purchase anything else from our store inventory without any other deductions!

3- How can I return the merchandise I purchased in case of any issues?
The product’s company warranty will determine the suitable process, in which cases the product may be fixed or replaced, as determined by the manufacturer.

4- What if I get a product that is defective or is not the same as I ordered?

If you have received a defective product or is not the same as the one you ordered, you may call us 24/7 and log a complaint for a return request. We will make arrangements to pick up the product from your location or request you to ship it back for processing.

We will then re-deliver the right ordered to you premises at our own expense.


Points to remember:

- There is a full 7 days checking warranty on all products in which customers can report any defect in their ordered product and contact us for replacement.

- In case, you are not happy with the order for any reason, we Do Not offer money back for refunds but you do have an option to exchange it with any other merchandise. We'll add you credit in terms of Store Credit in your Savers account which can be used for next purchase.

- For an exchange with another product, there are no any extra charges. Yet, if you decide to get Money back, there is a 20% restocking fee will be applicable from the total amount paid by the customer.
