1- How to order?
There are 4 easy and customer-friendly steps you can follow:

2- Why can’t I find these deals anywhere on the internet?

3- Do you have any physical stores?
We only sell online. We do not have a physical store.
4- Do I need to subscribe to your newsletter to purchase a deal?
Not at all! However, we do recommend signing up so that you don’t miss out on any of our exclusive deals. These fabulous deals are available for a limited time only, so in order to stay up to date by subscribing to our newsletter, you’ll remain alert as soon as a new deal is posted.
5- How do I actually get my purchase?
The package will be delivered via BlueEx or Leopard Courier Services and will have a tracking number available to track the status of the order. There will be no tracking number for Karachi orders.
6- How do I pay?
You have the option for Cash on Delivery (COD). Other than that, Easy Paisa, Bank Transfer and all major Credit Cards are also accepted.
7- Can I get Money back for my return?
You are entitled for 100% replacement, means you can return the product and get the replacement of equal amount.
8- How often do you post new deals?
Deals are posted frequently, but we currently don’t have any sort of set schedule. We do our best to put up at least three saving deals each week, though, sometimes more.
9- Is there an easy way to know when a new deal is posted?

13- How long will my order take to arrive?
The usual time is about 3 to 4 business days for orders outside Karachi and 2 to 3 days within. However, delays in transit are possible due to conditions of the metropolitan or any other uncontrollable circumstances, which happens very rare.
14- How can I check the status of my placed order?
You can check your order’s status by logging into your account or you can even contact us for the updates.
15- I've received my order but have decided to return it - what do I do?
